Wellington, This Dav. The High Commissioner cables fiom London, dated the sth I inst., as follows ; The hemp market is quiet but steady. Good fair grade on spot is quoted at £3B los per ton. January-March shipments, £37 5s per ton. hair cutrent Manila on spot is £42 per ton.
