INDECENT PICTURES.
- Palm erst ok, Yesterday. Wm. Wood a recent arrival, pleaded guilty to two charges of selling indecent pictures at j r csterda3 r s S.M. Court. Sergeant Stagpt|ple said that it was known that at least seven pictures had been sold and accused had eight others in his possession when arrested. Counsel for the accused denied that accused had ever hawked the pictures for sale. He had been in business for years, and this was the first time he had been in trouble. S.M. Thomson, inflicted two months imprisonment on each charge, the sentences to he concurrent. The S.M, said if ever there was a case for imprisonment, this was one He could not imagine a worse one.
