MOTOR DRIVER CHARGED WITH MANSLAUGHTER.
1 CERiBTCHdRCH, Dec. 18. An adjourned inquest concerning the deathloLGeprge De Montalk, who was killed ,r.e«fntly in a collision between a motor ,car : anda cart on the Riccarton roßftr, was held yesterday. The jury returned a verdict that the deceased had met his death owing to the neglect of the driver of the motorcar in driving on the wrong side of the road.... Felton was then arrested and charged with manslaughter, and on the application of the police, was remanded till Friday.
