Sydney, Dec. 6,

The Chief Justice, Sir Frederick Darley, in announcing the decision of the Full Court, refusing reinstatement of a solicitor named Rofe; who was struck off the rolls in 1805 in connection with the notorious Butler divorce case, said that in his opinion the applicant should never be readmitted to the rolls of the Court as a solicitor under any circumstances, or at any time.
