Geo. Bell for drunkenness was convicted and fined 5s or 24 hours at the local S. M. Court this morning. Thos. Rimmer Esq. J. P. was the presiding justice. Marion May Emmeus, charged with manslaughter of her illegitimate infant and concealment ot birth, and found guilty of the latter charge, was ordered to come up for sentence when Called on, the Chief Justice remarking that it was a yery difficult case.
