The following further cabled advices have been received in Wellington concerning the London wool sales;— The Secretary - for Industries and Commerce from the High Commissioner dated London, 27th inst.—The wool sales have commenced. Dalgety and Company, Ltd.—Wool sales continue firm and active, with brisk competition. Prices for scoured merino wools are rather higher.
