FRANCO-GERMAN RELATIONS.

Paris, Nov. 20. M. Clemenceau, the French Premier, assured a representative of the “ Berliner Tageblatt ” that personally he desired good relations with Germany, but if attacked naturally, the French would retaliate. M. Pichon, Minister of Foreign Affairs, who was present at the interview, remarked that there was no reason why good relations should not exist. France nowhere stood in Germany’s way.
