Capetown, Nov. 20. ■ General liolha delivered a conciliatory speech at Bloemfontein. ' He urged Boers and Britons to join hands over the graves of the brave j men who had fallen in the war and word together in future. Under the programme of Het Volk it would be found that Boer and Bri.on could live in peace.
