M. Perreau v. J. Sutton (Mr Moore). Claim £2 10s, Judgment by default, with costs ss. B. Spelmau v. Chung Wah. Claim £5 13s 2d. Mr Reade for plaintiff, Mr Moore for defendant. This case was partly heard last Court day and ad’ourned to enable pi tintiff to prove that in the month of July, 1905. he was dealing only with other storekeepers. This was proved by Mr Hennessy, and judgment was given for the amount claimed, with Court costs 10s, solicitor’s fee 265.
A. W. Bradley v. A. I,ee. Claim £6 17s 6d. Judgment by default, with court costs Bs, solicitors fee 15s 6d.
Watchorn, Stiles and Co. v. W. Terrill. Claim £4. os 6d. Mr Moore for plaintiff. Judgment by default, with costs ss, solicitor’s fee ss.
S. W. Baker v. Mrs G Tozer. Judgment by delault for xos, costs 5 s - Smale and Hay v. Howan. Claim, £6 16s 6d (including xßs interest). Amount paid less interest disputed.
