BANKRUPTCY.

James Francis Carroll, labourer, of Foxton, was yesterday adjudged a bankrupt on his own petition. The statement of assets and liabilities shows a deficiency of £lO9 2s yd. Sanson, £iy 4s; and Anderson and Son, £l2 8s ; all of Sanson. The first meeting of creditors will be held at Palmerston on Tuesday November 6th.
