ACCIDENT.
Messrs Spiers and B. Spelman and some children were driving along Main-street on Saturday afternoon when the harness gave way and the horse broke loose and galloped away. All the occupants were thrown out and escaped injury excepting Mr B. Spelman who fractured the small bone of his leg. He is progressing favourably.
