Another £SO Fine. Ashburton, October 5. At the Magistrate’s Court to-day Mr Wray, S. M. fined Frederick Charles Startup for selling liquor in a no-licence district, and convicted him on a second charge of selling liquor. A third information was dismiised without prejudice.
