ANGLO-RUSSIAN AGREEMENT.
King Edward and the Ozar. LONDON, Sept. 30, The Daily Telegraph states that the Czar and King Edward are about to sign an agreement for non-intervention in internal affairs in Tibet. The Dalai Esma’s powers in future wil be spiritual only. He will receive no more Russian protection , The papdr adds that it is probable Russia’s sphere of influence in Persia will be confined to north of Iran, and Britian’s to the south. The Telegraph hints that Russian warships will no longer be excluded from the Dardanelles,
