THE DREADED PEA RIFLE.

A Juvenile Tragedy. SYDNEY, Sept. 30. A tragedy occurred at Nar-, randera. A boy set down a loaded pea rifle against a fence while playing with some boys of a family named ‘ Gilbert. One of the Gilbert boys got the rifle, which accidentally exploded, and the bullet passed throughlthe head of his infant brother and then lodged in the brain of his little : sister. The boy died, and the girl is in a critical condition. Tater. The second victim of the shooting accident has died.
