CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER.
■ —♦ Christchurch, Sept 26. At the Police Court to-day Georgina Francis Brown, the proprietor of a private nursing home, was committed for trial upon a charge of manslaughter. The case arose out of the death in the home of an infant who was accidentally strangled at birth, the mother at the time being unattended.
