“Current Cash.”
TO-MORROW Speaking of the recent performance at Levin by their Dramatic Club, the Mauawatu Farmer has the following : —The Levin Amateur Dramatic Club produced their second drama “ Current Cash,” to a large and appreciative audience on Monday night. For a first night the play went a swing and dash that tells of unsparing pains and true artistic merit on the part of the performers. Mr Goodal! well deserved the rounds of applause that spontaneously greeted his carefully trained company at the close of each act. The local orchestra, strengthened by the addition of the Edge Bros., gave the utmost satisfactiou. “Current Cash ” will be staged at Foxton Public Hall to-morrow night, and a large audience should greet the production.
