St. Petersburg, June 15. Owing to the murder of a comrade, Caucasians at Troitzka attacked Cossacks. Twelve were killed and twenty-three injured. Troops restored order. The fall on the St. Petersburg bourse of four per cents to seventytwo was due to rumours that some provincial land banks were on the eve of suspending interests on bonds. Unless the Government rescues them a financial cataclysm will result. St. Petersburg, June 16. Strikes have occurred at Kertch, Odessa, Tula and many other provincial towns in Russia. Two thousand peasants vainly tried to stop the St. PetersburgSevastopol express. They broke the windows of the train.
