Baker (chairman), Barnard, Grav, and Frankland (secretary). Mr Gray apologised for the absence of Mr Geo. Coley, and the secretary for Mr Wilson.

The Chairman, Mrs Frankland, and Messrs Barnard and Frankland were appointed a sub-com-mittee to arrange about the school sports and breaking up for Easter.
