Complete agreement has been reached by the Moroccan Con* ference at Algeciras, and committees have been appointed to prepare a protocol. M. Revoil (Prance) and Count Tattenbach (Germany) agree that Spain shall police Tetuan and Laraiche, a mixed French and Spanish force at Casa Blanca and Tangier, and the French at Mogador, Saffi, Mazagaa and Rabat. The agreement is for a period of five years. The Bank of France receives two shares of capital in exchange for the cession of right of pre* ference, making France three shares and the rest of the Powers one.
