Unrest in France.

Paris, March 21. Sixty thousand French miners have struck. Disturbances have occurred at Leus, a town in the Pas de Calais department in the north of France. The Abbe Claude has been arrested at Nancy for firing a revolver at a Socialist crowd engaged in an anti-church demonstration, and killing a workman.
