The Times Johannesburg correspondent says that owing to the Government’s vacillation, the Boers are intriguing and endea* vouring to strike a profitable bargain.
The Telegraph’s Johannesburg correspondent says the Boers are again intriguing for racial supremacy. Their feeling is similar to that of 1881.
