THE SESSION'S PROGRAMME.
London, February 19, The King has opened Parliament.
The speech from the throne announted that Bills would be submitted dealing with trades disputes, the equalisation of London rates, the amendment of the Education Act, workmen’s compensation, and the unemployed question.
