A TRIPLE ALLIANCE.

’The Vossische Zeitung declares Italy, Servia and Montengro have concluded a secret, offensive and defensive alliance. Italy has supplied Montenegron with thirty-six field guns, twelve heavy fortress guns and much ammunition. Austria and Turkey are watchfull and suspicious.
