Lord Roberts Disappointed.
London, Feb. 2. Lord Roberts in a letter to the press has reiterated his disappoint* nent that only £ 1860 were subscribed in response to his appeal for for rifle clubs. Hundreds of. correspondents declared that rifle shooting was the business of the State.
