A Royal Divorce. Berlin, Jan. 16. Prince Phillip and Princess Louise of Coburg have been divorced. The question of culpability was not raised by either side. The Princess receives from Prince Phillip a lump sum of 400,000 gulden* a monthly allowance of 7000 gulden, besides a yearly allowance from her father of 50,000 franco.
