G. Stiles v. Mrs A. Garbes, claim £1 2s ad. Judgment by default against separate estate, costs ss. G. Stiles v. J. McGill. Claim £2 7s gd. Judgment by default* Costs ss. J. Rodie v. P. Jones, claim £lO costs 13s. Smale and Hay v. P. Jones, claim 10s 3d. No appearance of debtor. Ordered to pay full amount forthwith, in default 14 days imprisonment. Several cases were either adjourned or settled out of court* POLICE CASE. John Kinley . was fined 40s for drunkenness, and also 20s and costs 7s for being in possession of liquor whilst prohibited. For being found on licensed premises during the currency of a Prohibition order, he was further fined los and cost 7s. For drunkenness, J, Dealey was convicted and fined ios, or default 48 hours. A case in which E. Pigott raised a claim against Samuel Mason lor 20s, was adjourned till next Court day.
