Late Lady Rawson.

Freemantle, Dec. 21.

Sir Harry Rawson, Governor of New South Wales, whose wife died on the voyage out from Home, and was buried at sea, has arrived by the Ormuz. He states that during the first part of the voyage, Lady Rawson (who had been ill for some time in England) progressed satisfactorily, but when the Red Sea was reached the heat distressed her, and death took place on the 3rd inst. Princess Louise of SchleswigHolstein took part in the burial service on the steamer.

Sir Harry Rawson, who is suffering keenly, is deeply touched at the telegrams of sympathy he received on arrival here.
