Val Vousden.

TO-NIGBT.

MrVal Vousden, the ventroloquist and entertainer, will make his appearance at the Public Hall this evening* This will be the only opportunity; oft hearing this most successful Irish , society entertainer, who ha£ the reputation oi making people laugh without causing a blush, which has earned for him the appellation of “ The King' Pi Laughter.” Everywhere he has performed —and this is his second tour of the world—the press and public speak of the entertainment in the highest. Apart from all Val Vousded'S character impersonations, etc., the programme includes the elver popular “Mrs O’Rourke,” the. Irish apple woman of Dublin, a most successful sketch as given by Mr Vousden before King Edward, by Rpyal command; Bracken’s “ Not understood,” “The Raven,” “ Rnbinsteens Playing,” and “ The Eviction,” and the dramatic recitation of Shamus O’Brien. These items are wedged in between sidesplitting imitations and impersonations# The entertainment is entirely novel and unique, and the very popular C( ';arges tor admission— as and is—should' certainly induce a large audience.
