L'ondon, October 26. The Russian Black Sea squadron, under Admiral Birileff, has gone tc the coast of Anatolia, Asia Minor, it is surmised to be in readiness tor a Macedonia demonstration, it is affirmed at Vienna that the Powers are unanimous. It is serni-officially declared that Germany has done, and is doing, her utmost to induce the Sultan to accept the Powers’ scheme of financial con - trol in Macedonia.
