There was a fair number of electors jpresent at a meeting of Mr Stevens' political supporters held at Glen Oroua last Thursday, A Committee was formed by the whole of those E resent to work in the candidates bealf, of which Mr B. Gray was chosen chairman, and Mr Ralph Boswell secretary.
