. Sydney, October 17. .The charge against I#* • Crick, that in 1901, when he was Minister of Lands, he accepted a reward of £250 from Mr P. C. Close in connection with land transactions, wa £ commenced at the Water Police Court. After a volume of documentary evidence had been submitted, the further hearing was adjourned, on the application of Mr Crick, for a fortnight.
