Valedictory Social.
FAREWELL TO BRO. FOX.
The parishioners of All Saints met lest evening in the church school-room for the purpose of bidding farewell to ■ro. Fox. The proceedings took the form of a social, and an enjoyable programme of vocal and other items was given, contributors being Mesdames Clemett, Barnard, Jno. Robinson, Misses Simpson and Symons. Mesdames Robinson and Clemett and the Misses Symons played instrumental duets, andl'Mr L. Jenks a pianoforte solo. Supper was served, and then Rev. H. F. Wilson made appropriate reference to Bro. Fox’s work during his stay in the district, and Bro, Pox suitably replied. In doing so he specially mentioned the heavy debt of vatitude he felt he owed to many friends during his residence among them, and said he would always remember this wherever he might be. The singing of the National Anthem brought the gathering to a close.
