Messrs Dalgety & Co’s. Report.

Dalsrety and Co. Ltd., Wellington, have received the following cablegrams from their London Office, dated 24th insist:—“Prices of prime mutton tallow are unchanged ; other descriptions are at par to 3d higher, still buyers show little or no disposition to operate for forward delivery on the basis of recent offers. Frozen beef-prices are somewhat firmer. Mutton any change in price is in favour of buyers. Light Weights frozen lamb, —prices are lower by one eighth per lb. Other descriptions are lower by £ per lb Butter Copenhagen official quotation >is unchanged. Total imports of butter into the United Kingdom for the week ending 19th instant amounted to 72 000 cwt. as compared with 83,000 for corresponding period of last year. More demand for unsaltod than salted.”
