A sports programme was drawn up for Sept. 13tb, consisting of seven-a side competition, running with the ball, place-kicking, and drop-kicking. In each case, initials are to be presented as trophies, A working committee was appointed to take charge of the doors at the concert, and ifrwaa decided that arrangements bo made to entertain those taking part at the concert to supper in Mark Perrean’s. R was mentioned that the Sunbeam Coon Party would provide the entertainment.
Nominations will close forall sports events on Saturday 9th September with the Secretary, 6d entrance fee all round. After other minor business, votes of thanks to the chair, and to Mr Laing for-tho use of the room concluded the meeting.
