School Committee.

- The Foxton School Committee met last evening, when there were present the chairman (Mr. S. H. Baker), Mrs. Haywood, Rev. Wilson, and Messrs. Barnard and Betty. Some discussion took place on the non-attendancc of several children «f school age. It was suggested that members of the committee should personally interview parents, but eventually it was decided to defer action for a month. The Education Board advised that plans were being prepared for a new school at Foxton, and tenders would be called in due course. This was all the business, and the committee adjourned.
