RUSSIAN REPARATION IN COMING,

London, June, 28. Sir Charles Hardinge, British Ambassador at St. Petersburg, has made renewed representations to Count Lamsdorff, Russian Minister for Foreign Affairs, in reference to the •inking of British vessels by Russian cruisers.
