THE RIVER AGAIN RISING. Four times within as many weeks has the Manawatu River shown a «v. dency'to overflow, owing to the uu Usually heavy rains experienced jup country during that time.. Yesterday Wooclville reported “rising rapidiy." and this morning the stream at Foxu.u was as high as at any time during >ho other freshes.
