NAVAL ORDNANCE. London, May 1. New twelve-inch guns are replacing those aboard the Ocean and Vengeance, as the wiring slackened. The “Pall Mall Gazette” urge* the Admiralty to keep the country abreast of all the facta connected with the guns. The battleship which Mr A. H. Lee, of the Admiralty, foreshadowed will be of eighteen thousand tons displacement, will carry eight twelve-inch and 9,5 inch, with no ram. She will be completed within sixteen months.
