Russia’s Ba.Stlc Fleet.

NEARING TOGO. ROZHDESIVENSKY’S FLEET OFF SINGPOKE. London, April to. The Batchum, a British steamer, sighted the Baltic fleet anchored, todry, 20 miles north-east of Pulomenti, and 150 miles from Singapore. The “ Daily Mail’s ” Singapore correspondent asserts positively that seven Russian battleships passed Singapore on Saturday. He declares that the Japanese Consul confirms this after going in a launch close enough to identity each ship; also, the naval authorities at Singapore reported to the Admiral at Hong Kong of the passage of seven battleships. It is surmised they proceeded to Muntuk to meet their colliers. Reports from Jibntil state that Admiral Diebogatoff s squadron is proceeding to Diego Garcia to meet colliers. Six Dutch warships have left Batavia for Pulotuje, near Singapore.
