DALGETY AND CO.’S REPORT. New Zealand lamb: Prime Canterbury 33 4olbs, 6 3-i6ths to 6 y-iGths per lb., fair average including Dunedin, Southland, Wellington, secondary Canterhurv, &c., 32 4o)bs. (excluding small lambs or heavies of inferior quality) 6d to6Jdper!b.; Australian lamb prime 32-4olhs, 4sd per lb. The demand has abated somewhat." AGENT-GENERAL’S REPORT. Wellington, March 6. The Agent-General cables : —“ The hemp market is dull in spot deliveries ; there is more demand for distant deliveries. The price of good fair Wellington grade is £3O xos. Stocks are 942 tons, against 1022 last year. Manila hemp, £39 xos.
