FRAUD, LONDON, Jan. 25. Herbert Bedford, J. A. Lowe (directors), and George Shead (auditor) have’ been sentenced to six months’ imprisonment by the second division for conspiracy and publishing false statements in the prospectus of Lowe, Sons, and Bedford.
