Foxton Court.

(Before Messrs G. A. Simpson and A. Fraser, J’s.P.) Tuesday, Jan. 24th. David Wright, charged with disorderly conduct, was fined 6s or 24 hours. Charles Love, for vagrancy, was sentenced to one month, Thomas Lenahan, for playing an unlawful game, towit, Yankee Sweat, was fined £5, costs ss, or one month. Wednesday, Jan. 25th. (Before the same Justices.) Herman H. Rather, alias Henry Sandow, for laying tote odds, was fined £2, costs 5s or 14 days; for theft, he was fined £2, witnesses’ expenses 81s 6d or 14 days. Sentences to be cumulative. Charged with vagrancy this morning before Messrs G. A. Simpson and A. Fraser, a young man named Reynolds was found guilty and discharged on condition that be left the town immediately.
