BLOWING UP LINES. METRE SILL LOSSES. SHIPS AFLAME. The Chunchuses blew up the line between Harbin and Mukden. A train narrowly escaped damage. The Russian fleet is at Jibutil. A large Red Cross depot at Mukden has been burned. The Russians lost 3000 in trying to re-capture Metre Hill. Tokio reports state that at Port Arthur, on the 4th two or three ships were fired in the harbour, and burned within half-an-hour, Mukden reports state that General Rennekampf inflicted a loss of 1,000 on the Japanese while attempting to outflank the Pussians. Shells from Metre Hill badly damaged the Russian warship Peresviet. Several fresh attacks have been made o n Metre Hill, but were repulsed.
