Obituary.

MRS G. NYE, Sene. l Quite a gloom was cast over the town yesterday afternoon when the news was circulated that one of Foxton's oldest lady residents, in the person of Mrs G. Nye, sent., had passed away after a lingering illness of about six week’s duration. In the death of this lady Foxton sustains a great loss, as the deceased was highly respected by all she came in contact with on account of her genial disposition and charitable actions. To the bereaved husband and relations we tender our sincerest sympathy in their great loss. The funeral will leave Mrs Honore’s residence, Norbiton Road, at 2 p.m. sharp to-morrow (Sunday), afternoon for the Foxton cemetery.
