A CHOW FINED £IOO. DUNEDIN, Nov. 1. At the Police Court to-day before Mr 0. 0. Graham, S.M., Lee San was charged with unlawfully selling a ticket by which permission was given to the purchaser to have an interest in a scheme by which prizes of money are gained by a imQde of chance.
