GOLDEN HILL FORTS ALMOST DESTROYED. SUFFERING IN PORT ARTHUR. Chefoo reports that the Golden Hill forts almost destroyed by shelsj the Japanese efforts being concentrated oil this position. The Bogatyr and tWo destroyers have just returned to Vladivostock after a short cruise. The Rossia and Gromoboi remain in their battered condition caused by the fight with Admiral Kamimura. A junk which ran the Port Arthur blockade reports intense suffering in the town through lack of water.
