Admiral Fanshawe, with the flagship Euryalus, has been ordered to proceed to Singapore next month to attend the conference with the Commanders- in-Chief of the East Indies and China stations regarding the naval concentration in the East. NEW YORK, September 22. < Nobody has been punished in connection with the General Slocum disaster on the East river or the Iroquois Theatre fire, when hundreds of people lost their lives. The fire officials of the Iroquois Theatre, after undergoing a temporary scare, were ordered to pay the lawyers’ bills. The officials who certified to the good condition of the General Slocum's life - saving appliances (which were found to be in a rotten state, and unfit for use when the disaster occurred) still retain their posts. Fifty pounds of dynamite fell from a waggon at Melrose, Massachusetts, before the driver was able to recover it. An electric car struck and exploded the parcel, killing nine passengers and injuring nineteen. BERLIN, September 22. Prince Bismark’s widow created a painful scene at the funeral by throwing herself on the coffin, Bhe was removed, with difficulty.
