HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. Cn Thursday night the Licensing Bill was further considered in Committee. A lengthy discussion took place on Clause 9, which provided for a poll being taken as to whether liquor should be allowed in no-license districts. Eventually the clause was struck out on the voices. The discussion on the Bill was continued in the House yesterday, during which clauses.l2-24 were gone through. Ultimately clauses 24, 25 and 26, relating to State Control, were struck out on the voices.
