Te Awaite Murder.

BAKER ESCAPES AND IS RECAPTURED. Baker, who was arrested the other day on suspicion of being Ellis, the man wanted in connection with the Te Awaite murder, near Wellington, New Zealand, last February, escaped from the Kianyra lock-Tip by means of a skylight. The police, assisted by inhabitants of the town, went in pursuit, and captured the escapee in snow-clad country.
