TO-NIGHT. To-night, at the Public Hall, the people of this town and district will be afforded the opportunity of listening to the groat meteorologist, Mr Clement L. Wragge, and of seeing *ome of the grandest pictures ever thrown upon a screen, Mr Wragge’s lectures, or talks, on the glories of the heavens, the magnificence < f the plan of God’s Universe, the workings and influence of the heavenly bodies, and the triumphs of science in its relation to Nature are so set before the audience as to render popular that which under ordinary treatment is cot easily “ understanded of the people.” Wherever Mr Wragge has lectured be has been greeted with crowded audiences and young and old have been instructed, their minds broadened and benefited by a knowledge otherwise unobtainable. The opportunity is one of which the fullest advantage should be taken, and we predict a good audience at Mr Wragge’g entertainment to-night.
